A variety of shapes, colors, and abstract details that caught my eye at the Palos Verdes Concours

terrific art deco side mirror, from the era of sidemounted spares and headlights on cross bars, before the 1936-37 trend change to fender mounted headlights, and spares in the trunks.

this is the running board of an exquisite car at the Palos Verdes Concours. It's not often I try to pull off a good photo of some detail about a car... mostly because out of hundreds of cars you only find a couple that have something worth paying attention to that you haven't noticed before and posted already, but the resemblance to a flying v formation caught my eye.
